To keep Branova Forms safe for everyone, you agree not to:

Prohibited activities

• Collect data unlawfully or without appropriate consent from respondents.
• Send spam, phishing, or deceptive forms, or impersonate others.
• Upload malware, or content that is illegal, hateful, or infringing.
• Attempt to breach security, access other organizations' data, or disrupt the service.
• Use the service to collect sensitive data (e.g. full card numbers, government IDs) without a lawful basis and adequate safeguards.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Report abuse to forms@branova.in.
